Through yin yoga, meditation, community, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, we will move through a gentle but powerful journey of healing, intention, and renewal. This is a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with what’s been calling you back.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Ady Weatherly, a passionate teacher, movement guide, and ever-curious seeker of what makes us feel most alive. My journey has been one of losing and finding myself over and over again—leaving behind rigid beliefs, embracing my own healing, and stepping fully into the life I want to wake up to every day.

I believe in the power of coming home to yourself—through movement, breath, ritual, and community. I dance in grocery stores, talk to trees, wear flowy clothes, and will absolutely ask you what you desire most in life… then convince you to go for it in the same breath.

There is warmth and softness in my approach, but also a fire—I will hold space for you and push you out of the nest when you’re ready to fly.

Journey Home is exactly that—a space to return to yourself. No matter your background, beliefs, or where you are on your path, you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Opening Connection Circle – A grounding experience with breathwork, intention-setting, and light journaling to prepare for the journey.

Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony – A warm, mindful ritual to awaken your intuition and deepen self-connection.

Yin Yoga & Meditation – A gentle, restorative practice designed to soften resistance, release tension, and bring you home to your body.

Community Sharing & Reflection – A space to integrate your experience through guided discussion, journaling, or quiet contemplation.

🍽️ Stay for Dinner (Optional) – If you’d like to extend the evening, join us for a nourishing communal meal of creamy chicken alfredo, house salad, and dessert. Bring your own wine and unwind with good food and great company.
